We work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, executive functioning challenges, women's mental health, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
We also have specialized experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and sensory processing differences. Our team offers both traditional and non-traditional approaches that integrate cognitive, emotional, and somatic-based interventions to support regulation, nervous system stability, emotional awareness, and functional skills. We are especially passionate about providing strength-based, affirming care for the neurodivergent community, using methods that go beyond talk therapy to support the whole person.
